Bonsall Rotary's Jeff Johnson helps distribute backpacks to needy school kids in San Pedro, Belize. Working as part of the Rotary Club of Ambergris Caye, the team distributed over 200 bags at the start of the school year.In the middle of August 2021, the Bonsall Rotary Club participated in a VFW yard clean-up effort. Great fellowship was had by all.

Officers of The Rotary Club of Bonsall present a donation to the Fallbrook Food Pantry. Treasurer Denise Wilson and Community Service Director Karen Estes hand off a $250 check to Carolina Miller to support the Adopt-A-Family drive in Fallbrook. The donation will be used to buy food and clothes for needy families to boost their enjoyment of Christmas in these difficult times. The Bonsall Rotary Club continues to serve the community through service and donations even though meeting in person isn't currently possible. “We also have occasional meetings online so that our members can stay in touch,” says Jeff Johnson, president of the club.

The take included 19 tires, one sofa, one chair, one recliner base and one mattress. Also along for the fun were several family members, and Interactors from Bonsall High School.

It is my honor to serve as the President of the Rotary Club of Bonsall for the 2023-2024 year! I want to thank my predecessors Tom Kennedy for shepherding the club through the previous year.
Each year we perform many local service projects as well as raise funds for our partners such as the Reins Therapeutic Horsemanship program, D’Vine Path, and the Fallbrook Land Conservancy. We work closely with the Bonsall Unified School District to support students in many ways. We also support international humanitarian efforts through local and international partnerships in Rotary.
If you are interested in Service Above Self and want to meet some fantastic people who share this interest, come join us at our weekly breakfast meeting! We hold our meetings at the Z South restaurant in the River Village Shopping Center at 7:30 AM every Thursday. You are always welcome to come and visit us as our guests and we will buy you breakfast! We have great speakers each week and work hard to provide needed support to a wide variety of local charities in addition to our international work. I am confident that once you come for a visit you will want to come back!
